We facilitate the entire process from interviews to offer negotiations with a variety of fee options to suit your needs.

Retained Search

You pay a small up-front portion of an agreed upon fee to kick off the search, and then the remainder once the search is complete and the candidate starts.

Flat Fee

We agree on a flat fee that works for you. This is a good option to help you budget for your hires.

Contingent Search

Fee is based on a percentage of the candidates first year’s annual salary. You only pay a fee if you hire a referral from us, invoiced on the candidate’s first day.
