I’m Kat, founder of Rivierre Recruit. Based in Southern California, and inspired by my time in the South of France, Rivierre Recruit is built on beliefs borrowed from a culture that values quality, craft, and genuine human connection.
With over 10 years in the recruiting industry, I decided it was time to build something that reflects my values and the quality I wanted to deliver to my clients. I take a hands-on approach to every search, working closely with the hiring team and the candidates, and share high-quality candidates I have personally vetted. I spend an equal amount of time building relationships with the candidates I represent, resulting in happy employees that stay with a company long-term, and clients who come back each time they are looking to grow.
I like to call it recruiting with a certain je ne sais quoi.
